Hi,
if it is for non-commercial use, Segger offers the J-Link for 98
Euros, that one definitely works and it is fast.

For end customer pricing you need to add VAT and shipping.
If it is for commercial use, I would not even bother to think about
the difference in pricing, given the likelihood of wasting valuable
hours getting the combination to work.
Have a look at www.yagarto.de as well, you will find a "how to" with
GNU tools, an Eclipse based Interface and a couple JTAG emulators.
Once again, if it is for commercial use, I would still go with a
commercial compiler and if you really want GNU, give Rowley a shot.
