I can somewhat understand it... Once, I started project with Rabbit
just because of presence of PPP module for DC. I tried to save some
time for youself. As a result I got a half year of pure hell for my
own money. (Related discussions is in archives of this list, if

Here is the same story - something is offered without any reasonable
demo that can be tested in real life environment. You are paying for
"cat in the bag" and your money is not refundable once you downloaded
it.

DC currently DOES have capability to encrypt libs, so there IS real
possibility to make limited (in run time or data amount) demo library.
But there is no such thing... You have to pay for it just to test it.

www.modbus.org. Read the spec and write it yourself. It's not that hard.
