don't know if you already did but posting this question on the LPC2000

In the files section of the group (you have to sign up to use access
the files section) you will find an ECOS port for the LPC2106. These
two devices are very similar but as you know the LPC2194 offers more
and better peripherals. Nevertheless using the port for the LPC2106 to
start might save you a lot of time.

There is a port for uC-OSII for the LPC2129, which is the same as the
LPC2194 except for the number of CAN interfaces.
