I have used flash magic and written programs using the flash magic API and it works well under vista,xp,and win98. The
API turned out to be very useful.

I don't use Vista as it is all show but not an efficient operating system. However, maybe for you this one works:

Free for non-commercial use. They claim it runs well under Vista.

Greetings:

You may wish to take a look at "Flash Magic" which is sponsored by
NXP and I believe is the replacement for the Philips Flash Utility. Here
are quotes from the Flash Magic Tool website which suggest Vista
compatibility:

* "Version 4.28* | Release Notes"

"Windows 98/ME/2000/XP/Vista"
"Flash Magic works on any versions of Windows, except Windows
95. 10Mb of disk space is required."
It was a free download when I got it from the following site:

http://www.flashmagictool.com/

Hope this helps!

Hi

Has anyone try using the LPC2000 Flash Utility V2.2.3 with VISTA.

I cannot get it to work with LPC2294 Board and the USB Virtual Port.
All drivers being loaded OK.
