Hi,
if I am hijacking your thread I can start a new one.
I am new to the group. I just got the Phytec3250 board as well. I didn't order the LCD option.
I am hoping to use as much license-free, royalty-free, opensource software as possible for my project using an LPC3250 (or LPC3240).

My intention is to use:
Gnu Tools
uBoot
FreeRtos (or maybe eCos)
LWIP

Is anyone else interested in this?
Comments and suggestions are welcome!

regards,
Eric

Hi Michael

Yes, we are planning to use WIN CE 6.0 R2, we have already the BSP from PHYTEC/NXP and the BSP from Adeneo and starting to test them.
We really don't have any stringement requirements on LCD just want to have a larger LCD display (Marketing...... :-(( ).

If you need details on the 3.5" display on Phytec board i can send you datasheet in some ways.

Thank's

Franco

Will be soon. I not got my dev board yet. We have a current design with a
LogicPD iMX31 SOM. We used a display that was not used on their dev Kit. It
really depends on Phytecs (Adeneo, if CE is used) drivers supporting the
display timing and size. So what OS are you planning on, if any? We are
going down WinCE path. So my point of view is CE 'centric.
