Other then the TO -92's, which might be bipolar transistors which are not
overly static sensitive, the zip locks don't contain anything that might be
ESD sensitive. ;^)

No, but the tubes inside them are. As for the transistors, most of them
came in poly bags when I originally ordered them...

I scrub it with mercury from the streetlight bulb you saw at the top of
the picture.
Actually I don't use that as a mousepad - it's a staging area for parts
that I'm stuffing onto a board.
