George,

Digi has been discussing this issue internally, and are shipping me a BL4S200 so I can investigate the problem you’re seeing.

I'm trying to test the analog output on new board BL4S200. The jumpers on the board are by default as described in the sample program. The board is powered with 12V DC (J5-pins 1,3).
The only connections are the 2 connectors on J5 and J12. I bought the connectors with the 1 ft. cables pre made from Mouser.
The Analog Inputs work fine ( used sample prg: adc_rd_se_unipolar.c ).
My problem is with Analog Outputs ( used sample prg: dac_volts_async.c) :
When I run the sample program results (volt meter) are :

Set Volt AOUt0 AAout1 0 10.27 10.27 2 9.89 9.89 4 9.4 9.4 6 8.9 8.9 8 8.41 8.41 10 7.92 7.92 The board was the old one (3-4 years). I try to calibrate output 0 and the result was
Set Volt AOUt0 AAout1 0 3.723 0.032 2 3.729 0.127 4 3.72 0.182 6 3.712 0.212 8 3.72 0.232 10 3.736 0.248 I decide may be the board is bad and I bought new one, but the result is the same as the old board BEFORE calibrating.
I never used the Analog IOs on the BL4S200 before and I'm not sure what I'm missing.
Any help will bee greatly appreciate.

I tried to connect customer support from Digi , but almost 2 weeks later nobody contact me. I guess the 24 hour respond is fine just which year is the problem :(
