Works like a charm over here, both with an off-the-shelve converter
(probably prolific chip set) and with an FT2232C (half openocd wiggler,
half serial interface for ISP). But IIRC the port must be set to COM4 or
lower.

The latest version is available in the Files folder of the lpc21isp group here
on Yahoo. Version 1.60 is available in the Files folder of this group
(lpc2000).

There always been a problem using USB to UART conection with Flash magic. I flag
it to flash magic people and nothing came of it
