Yes I have FAT32 working with a 4GB micro SDHC card on an LPC2148 (exactly what
I have been working with).
You'll find all the code in the file I have not long uploaded ..
It doesn't use EFSL though, it uses ChaN's FatFs for the main
allication and Petit FatFs for the bootloader (I found it very easy to use).
