Yes, i have followed the Olimex User Guide to reprogram the flash, i think that the AT45DB161D flash is damaged, so i have ordered another one and also ordered two 64MB, K4S511632D Samsung SDRAM, to upgrade the board a little bit.

Are you sure the jumpers near data flash and Nand flash are closed without which the deivices don't get detected.

I also have a SAM9_L9260 with me and I have programmed the flash many times.
