Thanks for your update.I have set 0x8000 into PCONP.Then GPIO's
functionality working fine.But I have written some valid value into PCONP
register then i have read it.It gives unexpected value???Is it expected???

I don't think that the LPC17XX user's manual is correct due to the
fact that it gives the reset state of this register as 0x3be at one location and
as 0x042807de at another location.
The bit to control ports is not defined (0x8000) but it needs to be set for the
ports to operate correctly (same value as for LP23XX series).

Hi all,
At powerup, if i read PCONP register value means,it gives me 0xe;Is it
correct?????

PCONP and read means that 15th bit is set.But another place if i set 15th bit
and read that bit means that bit is not set.
I dont know why?????
