It seems there is no medication for human stupidity. Yes I have found the issue
with the JTag failure. Circuit is 100% components are 100%. But no ARM
processors will work if it has been populated incorrectly.
I have to thank production again today for making me doubt my design and just
re-iterate that if you did not populate the PCB yourself. Do not believe a
Prototype production PCB.
Check all devices polarity. Ha-ha
Regards and happy Coding

I have design my own custom Board. I have confirmed that all JTAG connections
are correct and have confirmed my ULink-ME is working on a STM32 development
board. I am using uVision4. Using standard Blinky project from Keil. When I
tried to connect to the CPU I get JTAG Communication Failure.
I have confirmed that all pull up and pull down resistors are correct on JTAG
..
I have assembled a second PCB only with CPU + Xtal + Jtag. Still get same error
message.
Is there anything I am missing or not doing.. Or is there anything that I can
confirm why it is not Conencting.
CPU = LPC2468FBD208
SH3718.1
ZSD0742BY
Might there be an issue with older silicon. I did try to conenct woth ISP as
well ..no go.. I have confirmed the Main Osc is not even starting up.
