If the data is not available, maybe you could characterize it
yourself: Use a heat/cold source and take some calibrated temperature
and resistance measurements and plot the response. It should then be
possible to predict or map the values.

I didn't see anything in the documentation about the NTC thermristor other
than the 100k rating you mention. You may want to ask the TI e2e forum
