The IAR kickstart (which is free) comes with a simulator, I believe. I
use my FET tools usually, so I have to turn that off in a new project.
But sometime in the past I believe I used the simulator and if memory
serves it works okay so far as it is able. If you are talking about
supplying vectors to the simulator, though, I don't think so.
