I don't want to sound 'blunt' and 'negative', but have
you not thought about reading the LPC2368 User Guide (download from NXP website)
??? and getting to know the device you are playing with?!
If you have, you will have found all the answers you need in Chapter 29 titled
'LPC23XX Flash Memory Programming Feature' !! or just search for ISP
in the user guide! ..... Simples!

Hi all,
I have a custom board based on LPC2368 and I am using H-Jtag to program it, once
I used incorrect value for CPU clock divider register -CCLKSEL- with even value
and saw that it is not working but when I tried to connect to the board and
program it with correct file I receive "can't halt target and make it enter
DEBUG mode" message.
I don't know how I can get rid of this message.
somebody had told that I should use flash magic to program it via UART0 with a
correct firmware, but I didn't have any bootloader for that is there any
bootloader in LPC2368 by default that can use UART0 to receive upgrades?
