FYI both Netscape 4.7x and Thunderbird are smart enough not to
gratuitiously split long URLs. T'bird is available for most
systems.

I've only read part of it, but Axelson's "USB Complete" seems pretty
well-written, ISBN13 978-1-931448-03-1, ISBN10 1-931448-03-5.
