Tsvetan,
It did work for me. You need to unistalled the older version or check
the shorcut (you shorcut is probably pointing to the previous version)
and every new installation of flash utility is creating a new folder
on your hardisk.

this is what I try to do - there are 4 ZIP files with same name ISP
utility!
