Basically, turn on the interrupt and register the handler with the VIC.
Then enable the pin interrupts using IO2IntEnR for rising edge or IO2IntEnF for
falling.
In your interrupt handler you then check what pins have active interrupts
with
IOxi20IntStatR or IO2IntStatF and then clear them once acted on using
IO2IntClr
