Two ways to do it through @device and also using the settings window on the side of ic-prog. I do it through IC-prog manually. If you want to add this to the beginning of your code DEFINE OSC 4 ' Oscillator speed is 4mhz (internal RC) @ DEVICE INTRC_OSC ' Enable internal Osc I usually load the hex file into ic-prog and then make sure the fuses and settings are set the way I need them in ic-prog. I've had a few instances where ic-prog setting overwrote the ones I had set in my code. Once you have selected 12F629 in ic-prog you should see an oscillator window on the right side, simply scroll down until you see "IntOSC GP4" or "IntOSC CLKOUT". The GP4 lets you use the pin while CLKOUT outputs a signal on the pin you can use to sync other parts timing.
