Ali your going to have to do some of your own research. This is what
Engineering is after all. But for one last post.
I admit the '533 does not lend itself to well to 10/100 but it can be
done. There is a fairly popular '533 Linux board with it. It think it is
sold at blackfin.org or some such.
As to the '533 kit.
The EZ-Lan extender has the 10/100

The board is as you pointed out.
I seem to remember there was anouther adapter board for the Micron
stuff, but I don't have time to look.
As for the NDA. ADI is good, no NDA required. It is Micron that requires
a NDA for full data sheets for there CMOS imagers. If you pick an older
one you can sometimes get data sheets without NDA, but not app notes or
Erratas, or support for that matter. Most of the better parts require
NDAs to get data sheets. They post some basic data sheets without NDAs
but they are missing most of the important pages.

Hello Hawker,
Is it this [ http://www.analog.com/en/prod/0,2877,BF533%252DHARDWARE,00.html
] that you are talking about? It comes with ADSP-BF533 processor and
ADI classifies this kit under multimedia section too. Hope it is the
right thing as i can see Micron MT9V002 Driver support with JPEG and
MPEG encoder , decoder and documentation. However there is still
overhead of ethernet, cann't see any Ethernet port there on the board
and either on webpage;)
And last but not least that NDA thing is really poor, and i need to
do more effort before i decide to go for ADI gadget. I mean i can be
happy to pay bit more but i want everything from me rather paying the
royalties.

Well if your going to develop with Micron CMOS imagers you first need to
see if they will give you an NDA. I have done a few Micron designs and
getting the NDA was by far the hardest part.
So the way to do this is get the Micron Eval Head board for the imager
you pick from Avnet or Digikey or whatever. Once done pick an ADI black
Fin eval board. You will note, if you poke around on ADIs web site that
they have a daughter board to let the Micron Head Board directly bolt to
the Black Fin's PPI port.
I am a fan of BlackFin over TI. FreeScale or other DSPs for this for
several reassons.
1) Black Fin has a port called PPI which understands things like lines,
rows, black pixels and has a special DMA that makes interfacing to video
a breeze over other DSPs.
2) The price is great
3) There are more tools and support options for the ADI/Micron combo
than any others due, in part, to #1 and #2.
You may also want to look at Avnet who has a special eval kit which is
based on an 2Mega Pixel Micron Imager (the one wiht built in JPG
compression) and an high end dual core - everything and the kitchen sink
Black Fin processor. Its a bit more expensive than the other options I
mentioned, but it works as is and is about $600.

Honestly i don't know much about that as i was recommended by a friend
