Rebating is the opposite of sharpening. It consists of rounding the edge of the
board until it has a visible radius.

Rebating. I think they are referring to another
method of splitting a sheet up into individual boards by milling a slot around
most of the edge of each board so that it can be snapped out of the sheet, using
finger pressure. John Kent

I don't know about the rebating but scoring is
where
you have multiple boards on one sheet and score the
boards
in between to allow you to break them
apart.

In PCB-Train's Technical Specifications, Mechanical
section, they use the terms: No scoring No rebating
What does this mean...what is scoring and rebating ?

I think that rebating is reducing the thickness of the edge of the PCB, as
opposed to routing which is cutting it a specified outline, right through
the PCB material.

Scoring a PCB panel means to cut a V-shaped groove in it, enabling it to be
snapped apart into smaller boards.
