ADXL362 in ADXL Accelerometers Family
The ADXL362 series by Analog Devices is a family of ultra-low-power, 3-axis microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) digital accelerometers. Unlike traditional sensors that use power duty cycling, the ADXL362 samples the full bandwidth of the sensor at all data rates, preventing aliasing of input signals. It is primarily engineered for always-on battery-operated devices, offering an extremely low current consumption of less than 2 microamps at 100 Hz output data rates and 270 nanoamps in motion-triggered wake-up mode.
Variants in This Sub-Family
Variants within the ADXL362 family, such as the ADXL362BCCZ and its tape-and-reel counterparts like the RL7 or RL, share the same fundamental silicon and ultra-low-power architecture. Differences are primarily found in the packaging format and reel quantities for automated assembly. Some specific versions may be calibrated for different temperature ranges or undergo additional screening, though the core electrical performance and SPI register map remain consistent across the standard BCCZ footprint.
