BQ25505RGRT in TI BQ24xxx / BQ25xxx Battery Charge Family
The BQ25505RGRT by Texas Instruments is a highly integrated power management solution specifically designed for ultra-low-power energy harvesting applications. It efficiently extracts microwatts to milliwatts of power from high-impedance sources such as solar, thermal, or vibration harvesters. The family features an integrated cold-start system that operates from inputs as low as 330mV, subsequently maintaining power extraction down to 100mV. It includes an autonomous power path management system for seamless switching between harvested energy and primary battery storage.
