LPC5411 in NXP LPC Family

The LPC5411x series by NXP Semiconductors is a family of energy-efficient ARM Cortex-M4 based microcontrollers designed for always-on sensing applications. Combining a 100 MHz Cortex-M4 core with an optional Cortex-M0+ coprocessor, these MCUs provide high computational performance and multitasking capabilities at ultra-low power consumption. They are specifically engineered to bridge the gap between simple sensor hubs and complex application processors in battery-operated mobile devices and industrial IoT nodes.

Variants in This Sub-Family

Variants within the LPC5411x sub-family primarily differ based on their core configuration, memory density, and package type. While the LPC54114 models feature the dual-core Cortex-M4 and M0+ architecture, the LPC54113 versions are single-core Cortex-M4 devices. Flash memory options range up to 256KB, paired with up to 192KB of SRAM. Packaging options include the space-saving WLCSP49 and the more traditional LQFP64, catering to different manufacturing and PCB design requirements.
