LSM6DSO in ST LSM / LIS IMU & Accelerometers Family
The LSM6DSO is a high-performance 6-axis inertial measurement unit (IMU) from STMicroelectronics, integrating a 3-axis digital accelerometer and a 3-axis digital gyroscope. Designed for battery-constrained applications, it operates with ultra-low power consumption as low as 0.55 mA in high-performance mode. It features an embedded Machine Learning Core (MLC) and Finite State Machine (FSM) to offload sensor data processing from the host microcontroller, making it a benchmark component for sophisticated motion tracking in modern consumer and industrial electronics.
