SHT30 in Sensirion SHT Temperature & Humidity Family
The SHT30 is a mainstream member of Sensirion’s SHT3x series of digital humidity and temperature sensors. Built on a CMOSens technology platform, these sensors combine a capacitive humidity sensor with a bandgap temperature sensor on a single chip. Designed for high-volume applications, the SHT30 provides a reliable and cost-effective solution for environmental sensing, offering a fully calibrated digital I2C output with a wide supply voltage range and excellent signal-to-noise performance.

Variants within the SHT30 sub-family primarily differ based on their interface and protection features. While the standard SHT30-DIS uses a digital I2C interface, some versions offer analog ratiometric outputs.
