Overview

The 113991114 is a Seeed Studio XIAO ESP32-S3 development board featuring a dual-core Xtensa LX7 processor running at up to 240MHz. This compact module integrates 2.4GHz Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.0 (BLE) connectivity with a U.FL antenna connector for extended range. Despite its small 21mm x 17.5mm footprint, it includes 8MB of PSRAM, 8MB of flash memory, and an integrated battery charging circuit.

Why Choose This Part

The board offers a high memory-to-size ratio with 8MB of both Flash and RAM in a thumb-sized package. It simplifies power management with a built-in battery charging chip and supports flexible wireless configurations via the included U.FL antenna.

Applications

Wearable Devices
Utilizes the ultra-small form factor and integrated lithium battery charging management for compact, portable electronics.
IoT Edge Gateways
Leverages the dual-core 240MHz processor and 8MB PSRAM to handle local data processing and wireless protocol bridging.
Smart Home Sensors
Ideal for low-power environment monitoring using deep sleep modes as low as 14uA and built-in Wi-Fi/BLE connectivity.
TinyML Applications
The ESP32-S3 architecture includes vector instructions that accelerate AI workloads and machine learning at the edge.
