Allegro MicroSystems
High-Side, Low-Side Gate Driver IC TTL 28-QFN (5x5)
Active33,787 in stock

Overview

The A4919GETTR-T is a 3-phase N-channel MOSFET gate driver designed to operate over a wide supply range of 5.5V to 50V. It features six independent drivers arranged in three high-side and three low-side pairs, specifically optimized for brushless DC (BLDC) motor control in industrial and automotive-adjacent systems.

Why Choose This Part

This IC provides robust protection features including cross-conduction prevention, overtemperature monitoring, and motor phase short-to-ground/supply detection. Its fast 35ns rise and 20ns fall times ensure efficient high-frequency switching with minimal thermal overhead.

Applications

Brushless DC (BLDC) Motor Control
Driving 3-phase bridges for high-current motors used in power tools, pumps, and fans.
Battery Powered Tools
Utilizing the 15uA low-current Sleep mode to extend battery life in cordless drills and saws.
Industrial Robotics
Managing high-speed switching for robotic arm actuators and small AGV drivetrains.
Electric Mobility
Controlling 3-phase propulsion systems in e-bikes and personal transport vehicles.
