Overview

The ADUM141E1BRQZ is a high-speed quad-channel digital isolator based on Analog Devices iCoupler technology. It provides 3000Vrms isolation and supports data rates up to 150Mbps with a 3/1 channel configuration (three forward, one reverse). This device is designed to replace optocouplers in high-speed CMOS applications where robust transient immunity and low propagation delay are critical.

Getting Started

To evaluate this part, use the EVAL-ADUM141E1EBZ evaluation board which allows for direct signal injection and probing of all four channels. Ensure decoupling capacitors (0.1uF) are placed as close as possible to the VDD pins on both sides of the isolator to maintain signal integrity at 150Mbps.
