Overview

The ATMEGA2564RFR2-ZU is a low-power CMOS 8-bit microcontroller based on the AVR enhanced RISC architecture combined with a high-data-rate 2.4GHz transceiver. It integrates 256kB of Flash memory and 32kB of SRAM with an IEEE 802.15.4 compliant radio to provide a single-chip solution for Zigbee and other wireless sensor network applications.
