The ATSAMD21E15B-MFT is a low-power, high-performance 32-bit ARM Cortex-M0+ based microcontroller from Microchip. It features 32KB of Flash and 4KB of SRAM, operating at a maximum frequency of 48MHz in a compact 32-pin QFN package. This device is designed for simple migration within the SAM D21 family and includes a rich peripheral set such as the Serial Communication Interface (SERCOM).
