Overview

The ATSAMD21G18A-AFT is a Microchip ARM Cortex-M0+ 32-bit microcontroller running up to 48 MHz with 256 KB of flash and 32 KB of RAM in a 48-TQFP package. This variant is offered as a functional-safety (FuSa) oriented device and provides a broad set of on-chip peripherals including USB, I2C, SPI, UART/LIN, I2S and multiple timers.
