Overview
The BAT54S is a dual Schottky barrier diode in a series connection, designed for high-speed switching and circuit protection applications. It features a low forward voltage drop and very fast reverse recovery time of 5 ns, making it ideal for clipping and clamping signals in high-density PCB layouts. Housed in a compact SOT-23 or SOT-323 package, it supports a maximum reverse voltage of 30 V and a continuous forward current of 200 mA.
