The BGM113A256V2R is a fully integrated, pre-certified Bluetooth 4.2 Low Energy module based on the Silicon Labs EFR32BG Blue Gecko SoC. It features an ARM Cortex-M4 core with 256kB flash and 32kB RAM, housing both the radio transceiver and an integrated chip antenna within a compact 9.15mm x 15.73mm footprint.
