The BQ25895RTWR is a highly integrated 5A switch-mode battery charge management and system power path management device for single-cell Li-Ion and Li-polymer batteries. It features a high-efficiency 1.5-MHz buck converter and supports a wide range of input sources including standard USB host ports and high-voltage adapters up to 14V. The device also includes an integrated boost mode capable of providing 4.5V to 5.5V for USB On-The-Go (OTG) applications.
