The C8051F336-GM is a high-speed, 8-bit microcontroller featuring a pipelined CIP-51 core compatible with the standard 8051 instruction set. Operating at up to 25 MHz, this MCU integrates 16 kB of Flash and 750 bytes of RAM within a compact 4x4 mm QFN20 package. It is designed for space-constrained applications requiring deterministic performance and flexible analog/digital peripherals.
