Overview

The CYPD3171-24LQXQT is a highly integrated EZ-PD CCG3PA USB Type-C controller designed for power delivery applications. Based on an Arm Cortex-M0 core with 64kB Flash and 8kB RAM, it supports USB PD 3.1 (PPS), Quick Charge 4.0, and legacy charging protocols. It simplifies power adapter and power bank designs by integrating VBUS regulation, current sense amplifiers, and system-level fault protection in a compact 24-pin QFN package.
