The EFR32MG21B010F1024IM32-BR is a high-performance Mighty Gecko Series 2 SoC designed for multiprotocol mesh networking including Zigbee, Thread, and Bluetooth Mesh. It features an ARM Cortex-M33 core running up to 80 MHz with a dedicated Secure Vault for enhanced hardware-level security. This variant provides 1024 kB of Flash and 96 kB of RAM in a compact 4x4 mm QFN32 package.
