ENS210-LQFM
Overview
The ENS210-LQFM is a high-performance digital humidity and temperature sensor in a compact 2x2mm QFN4 package. It provides pre-calibrated 16-bit outputs directly in Kelvin and percentage relative humidity via a standard I2C interface. With a low standby current of 40uA and a run current of only 6.6uA at 1Hz, it is optimized for battery-powered environmental monitoring applications.
Why Choose This Part
The sensor offers excellent long-term stability and an accuracy of +/-2% RH across a wide supply voltage range of 1.71V to 3.6V. Its small 4-WDFN footprint and pre-calibrated digital output simplify hardware design by eliminating the need for external signal conditioning circuitry.

Getting Started
To begin development, connect the sensor to any MCU with an I2C bus using pull-up resistors on the SCL and SDA lines. Engineers can evaluate the sensor using the ENS210-EK evaluation kit, which often includes software for data logging and performance visualization. Ensure the exposed pad is soldered correctly according to the layout guidelines to maintain thermal accuracy.
