Overview

The ESP32-C3-MINI-1-N4 is a compact Wi-Fi and Bluetooth LE 5.0 module powered by a 32-bit RISC-V single-core processor running at up to 160 MHz. It integrates 4 MB of embedded flash and 400 KB of SRAM into a small 13.2 mm x 16.6 mm form factor with an on-board PCB trace antenna.
