Overview

The ESP32-C3FH4 is a cost-effective, single-core SoC that combines a 160MHz 32-bit RISC-V processor with integrated Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5 (LE) connectivity. It features 4MB of internal flash memory and 400KB of SRAM, making it a compact all-in-one solution for secure IoT applications.

Why Choose This Part

The shift to a RISC-V architecture provides an open-standard CPU core without sacrificing performance, reaching up to 160MHz. It includes advanced security features like a Digital Signature peripheral and HMAC accelerator that are typically found on more expensive microcontrollers.

Applications

Secure IoT Nodes
Utilizes hardware accelerators for AES, SHA, and RSA along with secure boot to protect sensitive data and firmware integrity.
Smart Home Appliances
Provides reliable 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi and BLE 5.0 for connecting domestic devices to cloud services and mobile apps.
Industrial Sensors
Leverages the 22 GPIOs and 160MHz clock speed to process local sensor data and transmit it via TWAI (CAN 2.0 compatible) or wireless protocols.
Battery-Powered Devices
Features a deep-sleep current as low as 5uA, extending the lifespan of mobile and remote equipment.
