The ESP32-C5-WROOM-1-N4 is a highly integrated multiprotocol module featuring a 240 MHz single-core RISC-V processor with 4 MB of flash and 384 KB of RAM. It is Espressif's first dual-band Wi-Fi 6 solution, supporting both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands alongside Bluetooth 5 (LE), Zigbee, and Thread for comprehensive IoT connectivity.
