Overview

The ESP32-MINI-1-N4 is a compact, highly integrated 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi and Bluetooth module powered by the ESP32-U4WDH dual-core Xtensa 32-bit LX6 processor. It features an integrated PCB trace antenna and 4MB of embedded flash memory, providing a full wireless subsystem in a small 13.2mm x 19mm SMD package.

Why Choose This Part

This module combines a dual-core 240MHz processor with integrated RF components, significantly reducing the external BOM and PCB footprint for space-constrained designs. It offers a wide operating voltage range of 3V to 3.6V and provides extensive peripheral support including 28 GPIOs and 12-bit ADC resolution.

Applications

Smart Lighting
Utilize 16 PWM channels and integrated Wi-Fi to create connected LED controllers with dimming and color management.
Industrial Gateway
The module supports TWAI (CAN 2.0) and multiple UART/SPI interfaces to bridge industrial fieldbus protocols to the cloud.
Asset Tracking
Low sleep current of 16uA and dual-core processing enable efficient sensor data logging and periodic wireless reporting.
Smart Appliances
The high 150Mbps data rate and 18 ADC channels support complex human-machine interfaces and sensor-rich home devices.
