Overview

The Taoglas FXUB63.07.0150C is an ultra-thin flexible wideband antenna designed to cover all 4G/LTE, Wi-Fi, ISM, and GNSS frequency bands from 698MHz to 3000MHz. At only 0.20mm thick, this flexible polymer antenna features a 150mm cable with an I-PEX MHF1 connector, making it suitable for mounting inside compact device enclosures. It is an omnidirectional solution that simplifies design by allowing a single antenna to handle multiple radio standards simultaneously.

Why Choose This Part

Its ultra-low profile of 0.20mm allows for integration in space-constrained applications without sacrificing wideband performance. The adhesive backing simplifies assembly, while the flexible polymer substrate permits mounting on curved internal surfaces. Covering a wide range of frequencies (LTE, GPS, Wi-Fi) with a single component reduces the bill of materials and design complexity.

Applications

Cellular IoT
Provides 4G/LTE connectivity for smart meters, remote sensors, and industrial gateways.
Navigation Systems
Enables GPS/GNSS positioning in asset trackers and fleet management hardware.
Smart Home Hubs
Supports Wi-Fi and ISM band communication for centralized home automation controllers.
Wearable Devices
Low-profile design fits within slim mechanical housings where traditional PCB antennas are too bulky.

Getting Started

When integrating this antenna, ensure it is placed at least 10mm away from large metal components or batteries to prevent detuning. Use the integrated 3M adhesive to mount the antenna on the plastic interior of a non-conductive enclosure. Connect the I-PEX MHF1 termination to the U.FL compatible port on your cellular or Wi-Fi module, ensuring the cable routing does not cross high-speed digital lines.
