Overview
The GD25Q40CTIGR is a 4Mbit Serial NOR Flash memory featuring Support for Standard, Dual, and Quad SPI interfaces. Operating at up to 104 MHz, this IC provides high-speed data throughput and features Execute-in-Place (XIP) capabilities for code execution directly from memory. It is designed for 2.7V to 3.6V operation with an emphasis on low power consumption, including a 1uA standby current and a Deep Power-Down mode.
