TIHDC2021DEBR
Overview
The HDC2021DEBR is an integrated digital humidity and temperature sensor that provides high-accuracy measurements over a wide supply voltage range of 1.62V to 3.6V. It features a factory-installed polyimide tape over the sensor opening to protect the sensing element during automated assembly and harsh PCB cleaning processes. Designed for low-power operation, it consumes only 50nA in sleep mode and supports both one-shot and continuous measurement modes via an I2C interface.
Why Choose This Part
The device offers exceptional power efficiency with a typical sleep current of 50nA, significantly extending battery life in remote deployments. The integrated protective tape simplifies manufacturing by allowing the sensor to remain shielded during reflow and wash cycles. Additionally, its wide operating temperature range of -40C to +125C ensures reliability in demanding industrial environments.
