TIINA240A2PWR
Overview
The INA240A2PWR is a high-side or low-side, bidirectional current-sense amplifier specifically designed for use in switching systems. It features a zero-drift architecture and enhanced PWM rejection to provide high-accuracy current measurements even in the presence of large common-mode voltage transients.
Why Choose This Part
The device offers a very low input offset voltage of 5uV and excellent PWM rejection, minimizing the need for external filtering. Its zero-drift architecture ensures stability over the full -40C to 125C operating temperature range, while the 400kHz bandwidth supports fast control loops.

Getting Started
Evaluation can be performed using the INA240EVM development kit, which allows for quick prototyping with various shunt resistor configurations. When designing the PCB, ensure low-inductance kelvin connections to the shunt resistor and place bypass capacitors close to the 2.7V to 5.5V supply pins.
