Overview

The IR2101STRPBF is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET and IGBT driver with independent high- and low-side referenced output channels. It features a floating channel designed for bootstrap operation, allowing it to drive N-channel power MOSFETs or IGBTs in high-side configurations operating up to 600V. The device is designed to interface with standard 3.3V, 5V, and 15V logic levels.
