Getting Started

When designing with this MOSFET, ensure the gate drive voltage reaches 10V to achieve the rated Rds(on) of 200mOhm. For thermal management, provide sufficient copper area on the PCB at the Drain tab (Pin 4) to dissipate heat from the SOT-223 package. Use a standard flyback diode when switching inductive loads to prevent voltage spikes from exceeding the 100V limit.
