TIISO1540QDRQ1
Overview
The ISO1540QDRQ1 is a low-power, automotive-qualified bidirectional I2C isolator that provides 2500Vrms isolation. It supports data rates up to 1MHz and is designed to interface between low-voltage microcontrollers and I2C peripherals while preventing noise currents on a data bus from entering the local ground.
Why Choose This Part
This AEC-Q100 qualified device offers high transient immunity of 50kV/us typical and a wide operating temperature range of -40C to 125C. Its capacitive coupling technology ensures reliable operation with significantly lower power consumption compared to optocoupler-based solutions.

Getting Started
Designers should place pull-up resistors on both sides of the isolator, as the open-drain outputs require them for proper I2C logic levels. For rapid prototyping, use the ISO1540EVM evaluation module to verify signal integrity and isolation performance before board layout.
